We have been bringing our golden retriever Peaches to Albanhaus Kennels since she was 9 months old (she is 8 years old now) and we could not say enough nice things about it. It is a small, intimate place that is more like a little farm than a traditional kennel. The owners are personable and do a fantastic job keeping the place very clean and giving the animals plenty of attention. Peaches gets extra “Rec” time when she stays there which means she gets to run around the backyard and play with other well behaved dogs in a safe environment. There are chickens and goats on the other side of the fence and if you are lucky enough you may be able to purchase some fresh eggs from Anne!

Our cats also stay at the kennel—they have a room to themselves and are very comfortable there. We never have to worry about our pets when we go on vacation because we know they are being well looked after at Albanhaus!
